Warren's World

Well the documentation effort is well underway and Gretchen Semler on our team is doing an excellent job of it. I can even follow along.

I am very pleased with Evan's artwork on our Maya version of our presence in 2nd Life.

Tony is doing an outstanding job as usual and will have an email server up soon.

The Mirtle Project in England seems to be going well but I still haven't got the java web start to work but that will take a bit of time as it is available.

Still not sure of whether I will take the Sun Labs tour this coming week. We have lots to do and the budget seems to be a bit short this time of year.

We continue to have great support from our close friend Robert Reagan.

Many thanks to Al Essa and Ken Niemi at MnSCU their help and leadership is making this all happen and we appreciate it!

Many thanks to Margie Tomsic who is working with us on available grants for equipment, stipends, supplies and travel. Margie has been great to work with!

We are making a new friend at the U of M who is very involved with Virtual Worlds. He can help us along quite a bit. Welcome Peter, (we will define ourselves better as we mature, :-).

Does anyone know where Jenni Swenson went?

We were fortunate to have Kathy Sullivan, the astronaut on our site for a couple hours a while back. Kathy is very cool and I understand that she is not too bad on a squash court. We will need to check this out a the Commodore Squash Club is she ever gets to St. Paul.

Again Tony is working on the mail server and we will be sending some mails out soon.

Best,
Warren
